Registration Information

Please use our new online registration system beginning March 25th 2024! This system will allow for much easier registration in following summers and provides us with much more information about your camper.

Also, in order to make the check-in process faster at the door, please download and complete the Camper Sign in/Sign out form. Please bring this form with you when you drop off your camper.

Drop off will be the Monday of the week your camper is registered for between 7am and 8am. Pick up will be Wednesday. On Wednesday, you are welcome to join us for dinner at 6pm and the final chapel service at 7pm. Please remember to bring a form of identification to pick up your camper.

We are donation based and do not require a registration fee. However, if you feel called, we have a suggested donation fee of $85 and accept cash, check, or PayPal. 

Please only bring prescription or specific medications for your camper to make the check in process easier. We will have numerous over the counter medications on hand should your camper need them. Medications need to be in the original containers. 

In our camp store, we have a few larger items for purchase. We have HBC hoodies ($25), bucket hats ($16), and long sleeves ($19). If you or your camper would like one, they are available for purchase throughout camp or on Wednesday night.
